Systems
One system. From first click to customer.
Businesses commonly buy the website, the CRM, the follow-up and the booking tool separately. We build them as one path, so every step hands off to the next.
The Runtulalo journey
- 01WebsiteAttention becomes action.
- 02LeadA visitor raises a hand.
- 03CRMThe lead has somewhere to go.
- 04Follow-UpThe reply happens on its own.
- 05BookingInterest becomes an appointment.
- 06CustomerThe reason the rest exists.
How the system works
Six steps. Each one hands off to the next.
A website can look right and still lose people after the click. Here is what has to happen at every step, what it runs on, and what it looks like when it is missing.
-
01
Website
A visitor lands, sees what you do and has one clear next step.
Powered by: Website, Growth Without it: attention with nowhere clear to go. -
02
Lead
They raise a hand through a form or a booking request. You capture who they are and what they asked for.
Powered by: Website, CRM Without it: a form that sends an email and hopes. -
03
CRM
The contact is created, tagged and placed in a pipeline stage. Your team is notified. Every lead has somewhere to go.
Powered by: CRM, Automation Without it: leads in inboxes, spreadsheets and memory. -
04
Follow-Up
Confirmations, reminders and next-step messages go out automatically. AI helps where it genuinely speeds up a reply.
Powered by: Automation, AI Without it: replies that depend on someone remembering. -
05
Booking
The lead picks a time on a calendar connected to the CRM, and the appointment lands where your team already works.
Powered by: Website, CRM, Automation Without it: back-and-forth emails to find a time. -
06
Customer
The opportunity moves forward in the pipeline and the record stays in the CRM, so you can see how each customer arrived.
Powered by: CRM, Growth Without it: no way to tell which steps produce customers.
What it runs on
Five layers behind the journey.
The layers aren’t separate services. Each one carries part of the path, and most steps rely on more than one.

Where to start
Start with the step that’s missing.
You don’t have to build the whole path at once. The audit shows which steps are broken or absent, and the right starting point follows from that.
Business Hub
Use it yourself. Your own workspace for contacts, pipeline, booking, conversations and follow-up. You set it up and run it.
CRM, follow-up and booking, self-serviceBuild & Connect
Have us connect it. Your existing website, forms, booking, pipeline, basic follow-up and lead routing, wired into the hub. No new site required.
All six steps, on the site you haveWebsite + System
Have us build it. A new or rebuilt website with the CRM, follow-up and booking behind it from day one.
All six steps, on a new siteManaged Growth
Have us run it. We operate and improve the system, the website and the marketing around it.
The whole path, improved over time
Straight answers
Before you ask for an audit.
Do I need all five layers?
No. Which layers you need depends on where the path is broken today. A business with a good website and no follow-up starts in a different place than one with no website at all. The audit sorts that out first.
Is AI part of every build?
No. AI is used where it genuinely improves response, productivity or repetitive work. If it wouldn’t help a step, we leave it out.
What if I already have a website or a CRM?
We start with what you have. The audit looks at your current website, lead capture, CRM and follow-up, then shows what should be connected or fixed first. Starting over is not the assumption.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. The Business Hub is a flat monthly price, and anything we build or connect is scoped from your actual setup. See pricing.
Find the step that’s missing. Then connect it.
See where leads are getting lost, what should be connected, and what to fix first.
